The institution
Shanti Mission Academy is a co-educational English-medium school implementing modern progressive lines. It is run by the Navyug Nirman Shaikshanik Sansthan, a registered society (Reg. No. 1072/18.2.2002), and is affiliated to CBSE up to Class XII — Affiliation No. 330274.
The school sits over a vast area of open land in Bariyahi Bazar, in the Kosi belt of north Bihar, deliberately away from the noise of city life. The teaching block is a multi-storeyed building facing its own ground; the hostel stands at the far end of the same campus.
Our concern for the bigger issues is no less important to us, and so from the very inception we have prepared our students — the future ray of hope — to overcome the challenges of modern life. We make the best effort to keep our students close to Indian culture, and to spread the message of social fraternity.

“Ideas rule the world and thought rules your life.” This institution has all the facilities needed for a balanced, all-round growth of the pupil’s personality and the unfolding of their hidden talents — spacious, well-equipped airy classrooms, lavishly furnished science laboratories, music and painting rooms, an art and craft section, a computer lab and a rich library.
I am pleased to have the opportunity of managing a glorious institution such as Shanti Mission Academy at Saharsa, situated over a vast area of open land. This school has a calm and serene location away from the din and bustle of city life, housed in a magnificent multi-storeyed building. The management has been working for the creation of an ideal environment where children can grow into dynamic, useful and productive citizens of sound character and high moral values. There are spacious playgrounds for all modern sports.
