- PEN number from the last school (Permanent Education Number)

Hostel and transport.
The hostel is on the same campus. Buses run across Saharsa town and the villages around it, and transport is charged separately from tuition.
What a boarder’s parent signs
- Mandatory tenure
- A hostel place is granted for the whole academic year. Admission to the hostel is on the express condition of a one-year commitment.
- Withdrawal
- A boarder may not leave or vacate the hostel mid-session.
- Financial liability
- If a ward is withdrawn from the hostel before the year ends, the full hostel fee for the entire session remains payable.
- No refund
- Hostel fees already paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable in the event of an early departure.
These are the terms of the school’s hostel admission undertaking for 2026–27. A parent signs it when a hostel place is taken. The form itself is on the downloads page.
Transport
For bus routes and transport, call +91 73600 30906
A change of bus route or bus stop is made on the school’s change-of-address form: it needs dues clearance from the accountant and a seat in the requested bus, and a change of route may mean a revision in the transport fee.

What the school expects, and what it will not accept.
Every family agrees to the school’s code of conduct at admission. It is short, and it is enforced.
- Zero aggression
- No physical or verbal aggression, bullying or intimidation of any pupil or member of staff.
- Conduct compliance
- School rules are followed strictly — silence and decorum in classrooms, corridors and common areas.
- Property protection
- Damage to school property caused by a pupil is the parent’s financial responsibility.
- Monitoring and correction
- Parents take responsibility for behavioural correction at home and cooperate with the school’s counselling and disciplinary staff.
If conduct does not improve
The school issues a written final warning, signed by the parent and the pupil and witnessed by the class teacher. A further breach after that can mean suspension, or removal from the rolls and the issue of a transfer certificate. The warning stays in the pupil’s permanent record.
Telling the school when something changes
A change of home address, or of bus route or bus stop, is made in writing on the school’s change-of-address form — available on the downloads page — and approved by the accountant, the transport in-charge and the Principal.
